Upgrade of the platform finished. New design and even more functionalities

For the past 6 months we have been working to upgrade our platform. We would like to present to you a list of the new features. 

New Responsive design

As well as  the new visual presentation of to the website, we have also upgraded the technology behind the platform. The  site is now fully responsive. Users can now browse the webiste as confortably on a mobile as on a desctop. We have also redesign and improved some of the functionalies and most of the actions can already be done simply with no more then 3 clicks of the mouse.

New functionalities

Price setting 

• Improved price setting function. We introduced an interactive calendar where setting prices and blocking dates can be done with just 3 clicks. 
• New one-off fees cherge option. We have added option where owners can set one-off fees such as cleaning fees, security and  etc. 
• Improved discount and premium options.The onwers can now set discounts and premiums dependong on the number of days of the the reservation. The discount and premiums are set as a percentage of the total price. 

New booking request settings

• Introduced new booking policy. The new policy allows the owners to request the tenants to leave a valid credit card before they send booking requests. Upon accepting of the booking, the deposit amount is automatically charged from the client card.
