Villa “By the Lake” is located in the village of Durankulak, right at the shore of The Durankulak Lake, next to the Complex “Zlatnata Ribka”. Near the Villa “By the Lake” are situated numerous pristine beaches as the closest one – Granicharsky Beach is only 4 km away, 14 km away is Krapets Beach, while 16 km away from the villa is Ezerets Beach. Villa “By the Lake” is located 100 km away from Varna airport and at the same time only 90 km away from the international airport in Constanta. The cities of Kavarna and Balchik are only 20 minutes away by car and offer three golf courses, reconstructed marina and busy night life during the summer. The Unique location of the villa right on the shore of a picturesque lake and away from the noise of the big city allows every guest to enjoy the perfect vacation in an atmosphere of home-like coziness and privacy. Villa “By the Lake” is a two-storey building constructed with great care of the environment using only natural materials – red cedar wood from the western coast of USA/ CANADA and local stone. The furniture and the materials have been carefully selected as to be in unison with the overall architectural design of the house. The first floor of the villa is open-plan and comprises a panoramic living room with breathtaking view over the Durankulak Lake, a kitchenette and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances and the dining room has a wooden table and chairs suitable for eight people. In the living room there are cozy fireplace, built from stone, sofas, LCD TV. At disposal of the guests of Villa “By the Lake” is also laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing table, as well as a luxurious bathroom. The bedroom situated on the first floor of the house has a size of the bed 180X200 cm and disposes of air conditioner, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe and separate entrance to the garden of the house. Scenic staircase leads to the second floor of the Villa “By the Lake” where a cabinet with a desk and sofas and a spacious bedroom are situated. The bedroom is equipped with a bed sizing 160X200 cm, small LCD TV, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, extendable armchair, suitable for additional accommodation of a child, bathroom with toilet. The wooden porch, built of red cedar, offers fabulous view over the lake. It is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and benches with dining table. The porch is the best place either for relaxing under the sun and admiring the unique natural panorama or having barbeque dinner in the open air. At disposal of the guests of Villa “By the Lake” are restaurant “Zlatnata Ribka” where the best fish soup in the region is served, spacious garden with kid’s corner, Wi-Fi internet, open air parking place. Villa “By the Lake” is not only the perfect place for relaxing away from the busy city life, but it also offers numerous opportunities for the lovers of active holiday like fishing, boat trip round the Durankulak Lake, quail and pheasant hunting, wild duck hunting /only in the winter time/, bike rental. In addition, the exceptionally rich in natural and archeological places region imply organizing of different sightseeing tours. Among the places of interests that are worth visiting are: the large Durankulak island with the oldest necropolis dating back to prehistoric times, Kartalburun Cape, Sivurburon, the Tyulenovo village and the rocky coast near it, the fishing village of Krapets, Yailata National Archaeological Reserve, the unique bay of Bolata Cape Kaliakra and many more.
