Separate 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of a 5-storey building 48 m² in the town of Sveti Vlas (40 km from Bourgas airport) equipped with a kitchen, dining area, 2 balconies overlooking the sea, the town of Nessebar and the mountains, a bed for 2 people, 1 corner sofa (2 can sleep there) and 2 folding chairs. Shower and toilet are combined. The apartment is located in a quiet part in St. Vlas, 15 minutes to the center of Sunny Beach, 100 m to the bus stop (terminal). Within walking distance there are many restaurants, cafes and shops, supermarkets "Diamond" (round the clock) and "Mercury". The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, there are utensils for cooking and eating. There is a large TV in the living room. Bed linen and towels. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A few meters and you will find yourself in the forest, where there are clean springs (about 100 meters from the apartment). There is an equipped barbecue area with wooden tables and benches. Climbing the mountains, find yourself on an observation deck with a wonderful view of the sea, Sunny Beach and the city of Nessebar. Forest air combined with the sea, healing for people suffering from lung diseases and asthma. The beach consists of fine golden sand. There is a beautiful series of beaches one after another. All beaches are clean and cleaned daily. The town is neat, quiet and peaceful and very suitable for families. There is an Orthodox Church nearby. There are various boat trips on the sea: Parasailing, attractions on large inflatable boats, boat trips on ships. There is an opportunity to visit the historical town of Nessebar Museum and other places in Bulgaria, which is famous for its wonderful tourist sites.
