The villa is located in Izgrev, a quiet and green residential area above Balchik, offering privacy and serenity while remaining close to everything you need. Spread over three floors, the house offers 6 private bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The interior is modern and cozy, with air conditioning in every room, and a few of the bedrooms offering more luxurious furnishings. You’ll enjoy a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace with sea views – perfect for morning coffee, evening chats, or admiring the sunset. The outdoor area includes a garden, dining table and chairs, a swing for relaxing, and parking for several cars. ?
