Villa Stefanos

Villa Stefanos is the ground floor of a two-story vacation house. The owners (Stavrula and Ntinos) live on the first floor.It consists of two adjacent apartments that have an internal connection through a door.They have a separate entrance and equipment, making them autonomous if needed.

Apartment D1 consists of:
Living room: dining area, a sofa bed, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and small kitchen appliances.
Bedroom 1: A double bed, two single beds, and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe.
Hallway: A shoe cabinet and a coat rack.
Bathroom: Includes a washing machine.

Apartment D2 .
It features: A small kitchen with a refrigerator,
electric stove, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
Sleeping area: A double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe. A dining table, a shoe cabinet, a TV, and air conditioning.
Bathroom: A shower and toilet.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, including children.
The beach, located right in front of the house,
is clean with fine sand and shallow waters, making it ideal for children.
