Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been built to the highest standard. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining room. Wide windows overlook the pool and the gardens, providing plenty of light and views. The huge master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower as well as a kitchenette perfect for preparing a breakfast or light meal to be enjoyed on the terrace. There further two bedrooms are respectively a double and a twin, sharing a stylish family bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have big patio doors opening straight to a large, partially covered, furnished terrace providing amazing views over the gardens, the pool, the Mediterranean Sea and the sunset.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs and beautiful Mediterranean flowers. The private swimming pool attracts sun all day, is equipped with 6 comfortable sunbeds and is surrounded by paved terraces perfect for sunbathing. The pool measures 8 x 5 m, is beautifully lit at night and can be accessed both by Roman Steps and ladder.
