Two newly constructed buildings (2016) with six studios, three are ground floor and the other is upstairs. They are about fifty meters from the sea and situated in the center of the beach settlement of Nikiti. Accommodation in modern buildings and zoning standards 2016, with enhanced thermal insulation in masonry level and frames. The three ground floor rooms are approximately 28.5 sq.m., can accommodate up to four adults in a double bed and in a double sofa bed. The three upstairs rooms are about 30 sq.m., can accommodate up to five people. The three in the main room, two in a double bed and one on a chair bed and the other two in the attic into a double bed. All rooms are equipped with TV and WiFi air conditioner and all the electrical and cooking appliances for food preparation.

the apartment is clean and enough for two people.The bathroom was too small and wet all the time.
