The Villa is secluded by the sea and in a Mediterranean olive tree and cedar forest. The house is built in 5.000 sq. meters of private property covered with olive trees and by a Mediterranean cedar forest. The property ends at a remote sandy beach with a few or no visitors most of the time. In walking distance there are more beautiful sandy pocket beaches or easy accessible rocky shores for swimming. The house is built on a terrace of more than 500 sq. meters overseeing the beach, the open sea and the garden. The terrace is fully slab covered and contains 3 big olive trees you can seat at their shadow. Also there is a sheltered and fully equipped BBQ with wood oven. In front of the house is a ground balcony with a shaded area equipped with a large wooden table and chairs for more than 14 people. Also there is a large ground court covered with sand for beach volley and other activities.
