The Villa is secluded by the sea and in a Mediterranean olive tree and cedar forest. The house is built in 5.000 sq. meters of private property covered with olive trees and by a Mediterranean cedar forest. The property ends at a remote sandy beach with a few or no visitors most of the time. In walking distance there are more beautiful sandy pocket beaches or easy accessible rocky shores for swimming.
