Very quietly and uniquely located apartments furnished to high standards with a superb view. We run a small, complete apartment complex with 9 apartments surrounded by a beautiful garden. The small complex is divided in two different locations nearby each other and constists of six 3-room apartments (2 bedrooms) two 2-room apartments (1 bedroom) one 4-room apartment (3 bedrooms) Location Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view on the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos. The shops, restaurants, boulevard and beach are situated at approx. 150-250 meters and can be reached by a donkey trail. The complex can be reached by car as well via an asphalt road. Using this road, the facilities are at about 400 meter distance. All apartments have: A colourful living room with sitting and dining area. Large, fully equiped, open plan kitchen* Bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet Terrace or balcony with furniture Tv with satellite Free Wifi Safety Box (€10,- per week to be paid on the spot) Ventilator in each bedroom Airconditioning The 2-room apartments are suitable for up to 3 persons and equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher The 3-room apartments are suitable for up to 5 persons The 4-room apartment is suitable for up to 7 persons and also equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher *equipped with microwave, electric/ceramic stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer and a lot of kitchenware.
