PhiloxenInn #1 is a beautiful and comfortable studio-apartment located in Polygyros, the capital of Halkidiki. It is the ideal place for those seeking peace and relaxation. Polygyros enjoys a strategic position as it connects the highland of Halkidiki with the peninsula’s waterfront, offering its visitors the opportunity to enjoy not only the mesmerizing nature but also the crystal clear aquamarine waters of Halkidiki. The distance from the nearest beach is a 10-minute drive, while it’s only a 20-40 minutes drive to the most popular beaches. The space PhiloxenInn #1 is a comfortable studio-apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people. This modern-style apartment is on the first floor and consists of one bedroom with a double bed a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small electric cooking stove, refrigerator and freezer, a sink with running hot and cold water, a counter-top and basic cooking utensils such as silverware, dishware, cookware etc. Bed linen, bath towels and free Wi-Fi are provided. Guest access PhiloxenInn #1 is located in a small apartment building. The guests have access to their apartment, the stairways and the corridor. I am always available to offer all the necessary information (access to popular beaches, restaurants and taverns, coffee places, bars, places for sightseeing etc) so that you have an enjoyable and a laid-back stay. Other notes PhiloxenInn #1 is a newly renovated apartment. It was designed with great care, enthusiasm and a fine taste. Emphasis was placed not only on decoration but also on comfort, by choosing modern furniture that offer relaxation and style. Our primary goal is to make you feel at home. The neighbourhood PhiloxenInn #1 enjoys a strategic position in Polygyros, right on the foothills and by the ring road, with direct access both to the highland of Halkidiki and the peninsula’s waterfront. The General Hospital of Halkidiki, a pharmacy, bank, bakery and grocery store are all located very close to PhiloxenInn #1. In the building there is a cafe-bar, where you can have a coffee or a drink while enjoying the view of the hills. In addition, a large parking lot is located across the building. Last but not least, the distance from the city centre is a 10-minute walk. Getting around PhiloxenInn #1 has direct access to the main roads that lead both to the mountains of Halkidiki and the splendid waterfront of the peninsula. It is next to a green slope that leads to the top of Mount Tsoukalas. Those who choose to follow the unique paths of the mountain will find themselves in front of a panoramic and breathtaking view, facing the three peninsulas: Kassandra, Sithonia and Mount Athos. On days when the sky is clear, hikers can see Mount Olympus and the Bay of Thermaikos. A Bus Station with regular services to the beaches, the surrounding areas and to Thessaloniki is close to PhiloxenInn #1. However, for a better and more comfortable travel, we would recommend to rent a car as a means of transportation.
