The spacious villa is an ideal home for families with children also, or for a group of friends. It is a tranquil heaven surrounded by green and blue colors, from just one step from the living room. The exterior barbecue allows you to realize a great sea view diner on the terrace, or just start your day with a healthy breakfast at the garden. “Sea Breeze Villa” will give you the absolute feeling of freedom. A local Cretan holiday home offering stunning sea views from inside and outside, located on a hill in the immediate vicinity of Rethymno city center. The villa is a ground floor unit of 130 sq. with easy access to the large garden from all rooms. The vacation rental consists of a spacious living area of 75 sq., 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Experience a real feeling of freedom as from the interior you have immediate access to the outside area, lay back on the sun recliners, rest in a shaded hammock settled under a huge tree, listen to the birds, fully relax in a quiet and private surrounding and enjoy the scenery towards the sea. The entire plot is fenced and you find shaded private car parking spots inside the grounds. In order to offer sustainable energy to our guests we have made a carport with solar panels providing green energy for the vacation rental. We also installed led lightning bulbs and dual flush toilets. - Living space The living area consists of a really spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. This space is bright and allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. A SMART TV with ASTRA satellite connection for the foreign channels. An inventor air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), an open fire place and wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season. Wireless internet access is provided. - Kitchen The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with separate freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Porcelain plates and cutlery as well as the local fresh ingredients do allow you to prepare a tasty meal. Barbeque is available. - Bedrooms The 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes, window doors, full length mirrors and air-condition units. The master bedroom with sea view consists of a double bed (150 cm), the second bedroom with sea view offers a large double bed (160 cm) and the third bedroom with mountain view offers 2 single beds. - Bathrooms The vacation unit offers a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet, basin & washing machine. Also a second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin will facilitate your comfort. - Laundry facilities Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack. NOTES: Government mandated TAXES to be collected in cash during check-in: from 01.01.2025 guests have to pay a "Climate Crisis Resilience charge" of 4 Euro per day during the months November to including March and 15 Euros per day during months of April to including October. * The use of a rental car is recommended. * Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided. With a stay of more than 7 nights, extra sheets / towels are provided depending on the length of your stay. * The accommodation can be used only by the number of persons announced at reservation. * Air-condition rules: all windows and doors have to be closed when you use the air-condition units, also it is primary to be physically present in the specific room where the air- condition is used. It is strictly forbidden to leave the units ON when you are not present in the room. Please note that building works started around June 2024 at an adjacent plot of the villa at a distance of 60 meters. The plot is located behind the pine trees and the secondary road at the left side of the property grounds facing the sea when you consult google maps. Concrete construction is finished, but there could be some noise disturbance from 07:00 am to 15:00 pm during summer 2025.
