Overview

A wonderful, two-storey villa, just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Skala Abdira. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people including children. It has 3 bedrooms with balconies and double beds. Two toilets, one on each floor, a shower inside and one in the yard. Fully equipped kitchen and second small one upstairs. Also there are two a/c one on each floor, WiFi, tv and washing machine. In the yard there is a barbecue and a large parking space.
At 50 meters there is a small market and at 200 meters the area with beach bars and fish taverns begins.
In the summer months there is a frequent connection with the city of Xanthi.

Вилата е чудесна, намира се на топ локация. Има плаж пред самата вила със собствен чадър и столове, а в случай че човек предпочита заведение, то Yabanaki bar се намира на не повече от 5 мин пеша.
Собствениците на вилата са много мили и отзивчиви. Терасите са много приятни, дворчето също е подредено и има всичко необходимо, както и страхотна люлка. Голям плюс е, че всяка врата и всеки прозорец имат комарници, които са много необходими.
Препоръчваме с две ръце вилата и с удоволствие бихме посетили отново.

МНого добра локация. Описанието на къщата отговаря напълно + това, че имате предоставен голям чадър за плажа със столчета и шезлонг. А това, което най-много ни очарова са собствениците на къщата - Марина и Панайотис са невероятни хора! Благодарим Ви от сърце.

Както в по преден пост забелязах, че е споделено като локация е много добре вилата, НО голям недостатък е, че на втория етаж където са спалните няма климатик и не може да се спи от задух, на второ място пак на втория етаж има изградена баня, НО НЯМА ДУШ.
