Villa Milenitta is a modern and comfortable summer house with amazing views of the surrounding olive groves from the main terrace. Guests can enjoy a large green garden with olive trees and Mediterranean pines. Hammock and several swings are available in the garden for a complete relaxation. Guests can prepare their own delicious food with fresh local products using the barbecue in the yard.
The property is suitable for families with children or companies of friends who are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays. It offers 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room with sofas. The villa can accommodate for most comfortable stay 8-16 people.
The first bedroom has one double bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a traditional chair that turns into a single bed. The space in this room allows to put an additional baby cot (offered upon request). The third bedroom has two single beds and a traditional chair that turns into a comfortable bed. The other bedroom has one double bed and sofa bed. Two adulds or children can sleep in the kitchen using two single beds. 2-4 people can be accommodated in the living room using a sofa bed and chairs that turn into beds. The rooms are bright and spacious. Each one has direct access to the wide terraces surrounding the villa from all sides. The main balcony overlooks the green hills with olive groves. From the other terrace you can see a small part of the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. It has a modern oven and induction hobs, coffee maker, dishwasher etc.
The villa also offers a waching machine, smart TV and free Wi-Fi in all areas.
A few steps from Villa Milenitta you can find a municipal children playground. The village has a small supermarket and a traditional caffeteria.
The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Many of Sithonia's most famous beaches are a 15-30 minute drive away. Nikiti is 12 km away from the property, Lagonisi beach - 20 km, Vourvourou - 26 km. In less than 20 minutes, guests can reach Ormos Panagias, from where a summer boat tour departs to Mount Athos. The shores of Kassandra Peninsula are also easily accessible from Vatopedi. The traditional village of Afytos is 46 km from the property. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 80 km from Villa Milenitta. There are several large monasteries nearby that you can visit during your stay. Every Monday guests can enjoy the local market in the neighboring town of Ormylia where they can find fresh fish, local fruits and vegetables.

Villa Milenitta is a place for calm and relaxing holidays. Parties and noisy celebrations at night are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Some exceptions are possible under special conditions. Smoking is allowed only in the outside areas.
