We introduce you the Sea and the City Luxury Sea View Apt. which is 1.5km from the spectacular beaches of Athenian Riviera and 16km from Acropolis,also there is a bus station to the center in walking distance of about 20 meters. You are going to love the special features of this truly unique property, when you rest at the balconies having the essence of the sea breeze and the feeling that you are on the bow of a cruise ship. Private apartment on the second floor with elevator. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with three bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and living room area. Kitchen fully equipped. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster Laundry room with separate washer, iron and ironing board. Numerous of big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen, towels, bath amenities are provided. Wi-Fi internet and boiler which provides 24 hours hot water are some of the apartment's facilities. House Rules No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in time is 4PM - 7PM Check out by 10AM We kindly ask you to respect the following house rules: Kindly provide a photocopy or an email attachment of your photo ID (passport/ID card) upon arrival and a list with the names of all the guests booked.as no additional guests or visitors allowed without reservation. Please be aware that a refundable security deposit of 300 euro payable in cash is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. An additional 30 Euro fee is required for check in after 10pm/22.00 An additional 50 Euro fee is required for check in after mid-night Extra charges: After more than 7 guests, charge €30 per person, per night. Be responsible with the use of air-conditioning by turning the A/C units thermostat off when its not needed or when leaving the apartment. Please lock the doors and windows when you go out. Please lock the flat main entrance when you go out. Please show the maximum consideration for the other tenants during quiet hours siesta from 15:00 pm till 17:30 pm and evenings from 23:00 pm till 07:00 am. This apartment is in a quiet families building and guests need respect this. Loud music and/or parties are not permitted.
