The house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange tree field. It is 185 sq.m and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level comprises of a bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen, and a WC with a shower. The living room occupies the second level, featuring a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an office with two single beds. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4-minute drive from the beach or a 15-20 minute walk (1300 m. according to google Maps). There is a private fenced pool of 4,5x9x1.40 m. for exclusive use by guests. The space The house consists of 5 acres of land with a three-level 185sq.m. house built on the edge. Surrounded by trees and green and farms around the place you will never be disturbed. Guest access You can access the farm in the back of the house to handpick oranges and lemons from the trees if you wish. I will interact with guests to check you in and explain everything about the house and the surroundings. Will also be available anytime you need anything.
