Welcome to Villa Alkyoni, one of the two Alkyonides villas in Rethymno, Crete! Alkyonides villas is a complex of 2 fully equipped villas, Villa Alkyoni and villa Kiikas, each with a private swimming pool and a BBQ, that will meet your expectations! Conveniently situated for sightseeing around the island being centrally located, allowing convenient access to the many historic archeological sites around Crete and the numerous beaches on both the north and south coasts. Villa Alkyoni is a beautiful four bedroom villa, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Built in three levels, combines simplicity with comfort. Entering in the ground floor a spacious open plan living/dining room welcomes you, where you can find the comfortable lounge equipped with a TV corner with satellite TV and DVD player, the dining room and the functional, fully equipped kitchen. There is one more bedroom set on this floor with its own bathroom a double bed which can be split in two singles. It also opens out to a private terrace to sit and relax. On the lower level, the property offers one more bedroom with private bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also an open plan playroom area, with a billiard, a football table and chess, with fireplace, a dining table and a small kitchen. This area offers moments of relaxation for children and adults. Direct access to the garden area is also possible from this area. Outdoors the villa offers privacy among delightful illuminated, landscaped gardens with aromatic herbs and convenient areas for lazy cocktails and/or dining. The villa has a private swimming pool for children and grown-ups and also a BBQ area where you can enjoy your lunch, dinner or a drink under the candle light or just the starlight.
