Each Superior Villa, for a better experience, can accommodate up to 4 guests in two separate areas and floors. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a double bed, turned into a relaxing sofa and a bathroom. The lower level consists of the main bedroom, a sitting area and another bathroom. The Superior Villa is fully equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, safety box, satellite LCD TV, direct telephone, mini-bar, kettle with free tea/coffee, hairdryer, bath towels, pool towels, slippers, luxury toiletries and free wi-fi internet access. Ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood, Katharos Villas is suitable for settling down and chilling out, after a walk in the commercial areas. It is not too far from the following beloved landscapes: the suggestive Katharos beach with its lunar and of pumice nature, where you will find the elegant Katharos Lounge restaurant; the picturesque and hidden gem of Ammoudi Bay with its typical tavernas, on board to the sea; the main town of Oia, where you will be able to enjoy many great restaurants and café or simply stroll through the streets for a unique walk. Katharos beach, 200 m away, right down below towards the ridge, can be reached via stairs, Oia is a ten minutes walk up the hill and Ammoudi Bay is a 300m walk down as well. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including snorkelling and diving in the Ammoudi bay, 300 m away. Koloumbos Beach is 5 km away and has equipment for a relaxing daylife. The neighbouring villages of Kamari, Perivolos and Perissa, far 25 km from Katharos Villas reach 10 km of sandy beach. The Naval Museum of Oia is 500 metres from Katharos Villas, while the Archeological excavations of the Minoan civilization 4.000 years old, is 20 km away.
