Ideales Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas, 100% autonomous, fully equipped with private swimming pools and BBQ. Ideales Resort was completed in 2009 and is situated in southwest Kefalonia, in the lush area of Trapezaki (Lourdata), only 12km from Argostoli (the Capital). At 500 m there are restaurants and a mini market. At 2km there are wonderful sandy beaches with crystal clear water. The Grand 2 bedroom villa Kteni is a fully equipped two floor villa with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private swimming pool. The main entrance situated on the upper floor. Upon entering the villa is the living room and onto the right, there is the kitchen and the dining area. From the dining area there is access to a balcony with an outdoor dining set and view to the sea and the mountainous terrain. A different door offers access to the pool deck area. To reach the bedrooms there is a marble staircase to the lower floor. The main bedroom (en suite) has the advantage of a walk-in wardrobe and opens onto an outside shaded sitting area, with table, chairs and a sofa. Both bedrooms access the garden and a further set of stairs leads to the pool area.
