A Mykonian architecture villa in Aggelochori area with sea view, located very close to Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki, ideal for couples & family relaxation within nature. The House lies next to Aggelochori center, surrounded by beutiful sea sandy beaches accessible within a few minutes driving only. It is just 30 minutes away from Thessaloniki but also 30 minutes away from Chalkidiki and that makes it the perfect location for every kind of daily escape you may want. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, two dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, flat screen tv, hair dryer and free personal care products. Free wifi is provided to all areas. It is located in the middle of a land field full of olive oil trees, providing free parking service, barbeque facility area with a handmade wooden table and a traditional Cyclades Architecture church. Upper floor balcony offers a breath taking sea view to Thermaikos Gulf entrance where visitor may enjoy sunset as sun falls behind Olympus Mountain. During your stay, both me and my wife Maria are anytime at your disposal for any kind of questions and assistance you may require. Maria is a Greek and German Teacher and she loves to travel and communicate with people. She is committed to make you feel like home and assist you to any kind of aspects that will make your stay unforgettable. You may reach only within 5 min driving Nei Epivates, Perea or Nea Michaniona where you can find many restaurants, night clubs and beach bars. Within Aggelochori area you may also find the Beach Bar RIVIERA where you may enjoy your coctails next to the sandy sea with summer lounch music and Greek Fish Tavern BARBANTONIS for an astonishing fresh fish cuisine experience with ouzo or tsipouro. Only by 30 min driving, you may visit Thessaloniki city and experience its unique beauties, waterfront walks and facilities that a big city may offer. If you will decide not to drive by car, you may reach Thessaloniki by small ferryboat trip, leaving from Perea or Nei Epivates and, crossing Thessaloniki Gulf, arrives Thessaloniki center next to The White Tower.
