The Vineyard is a small private complex of just 18 houses, situated on a hillside between Sunny Beach & Sveti Vlas. Guests can enjoy the well maintained communal garden with covered BBQ area, sun terrace with sea views, 2 communal pools and secure private parking. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and balcony overlooking Sunny Beach bay, the other with 2 single beds overlooking the pools and gardens. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, wc, sink and bidet. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is a wetroom with shower, sink and wc which is suitable for disabled visitors. The living area contains a dining table and four chairs, a sofa which converts to bed to sleep 2 and an easy chair. There is a TV, DVD player and CD player. Large glass doors open out onto a small patio and private garden, with views across the bay. The house is fully equipped with everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and can accommodate disabled visitors. There is easy access to the towns and beaches of Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas and is only 30 minutes from Bourgas airport.
