The villa is on two floors, the premises are distributed as follows:
1st floor - is a large common room with a spacious kitchen, round dining room, living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, one bathroom. From the living room there is access to a large covered veranda equipped with a large table, swing, sun loungers and a barbecue oven.
2nd floor - It has four double rooms, each with a double bed and a different interior, as well as two spacious bathrooms.
There is wireless internet throughout the house.
The yard is very large and you will find doors for mini football, table tennis, playgrounds, parking spaces and much more.
Prices for rent of the Villa:
- From Sunday to Thursday - 140 Euro per day;
- Friday, Saturday and National Holidays - 170 Euro per day;
- When renting for 3 or more days -10% discount
- When renting for 7 or more days -15% discount
- When renting for 30 days or more -30% discount
