We invite you to the south of Bulgaria, to the coast of the spectacular Black Sea, to the small seaside town of Primorsko.
Live in an apartment in the gated community of MM Complex, which consists of just 4 small buildings with unique architecture and beautiful style that stands out in the surroundings. The complex is equipped with a swimming pool with jacuzzi, pool bar, sun loungers with umbrellas, tables, playground for children, restaurant and private parking for guests. In addition, the facility is located just a few hundred meters from beautiful, one of the longest beaches in Bulgaria.

The apartment is located on the first floor (with a lift) and has full equipment needed for relaxation, including:

Immediate surroundings

In the vicinity of the facility you will find grocery stores, numerous vending machines with very good and cheap coffee and restaurants serving excellent cuisine, not only Balkan but also Mediterranean.

In the town, apart from local shops, you will also find larger markets and even a water park.

Nearby beaches

There are two sandy beaches a few hundred meters from the facility: southern and northern. On each of them there are beach bars, a lifeguard and sun loungers with umbrellas for rent. Those who like to relax for free on their own blanket or towel will also find a place for themselves. The Black Sea is very warm and the coastline is characterized by a shallow entrance, a lot of shells, and on windy days waves for water fun. The beaches in Bulgaria are naturally golden sands, but in the north you will find black sands, and in the south, closer to Turkey, even rocky ones.

Food

Primorsko is a tourist town. You will find many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and confectioneries here. The gastronomic offer includes local cuisine, fresh fish and seafood, but also fast food.

• Ropotamo Nature Reserve - many species of birds and wild animals live here, including: deer, wild boars, wolves and even jackals, you can walk around the park, take a boat ride on the river and sunbathe

In the season, the town is bustling with life. After the season, it quietens down considerably and is an ideal base for those who value peace and quiet.

Land connections: from Krakow approx. 1500 km (Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria have a still rapidly developing network of motorways and fast national roads. If you have a bit more time for transit, we recommend the route through the picturesque Romanian Carpathians).
