One bedroom ground floor apartment in Yalta

Sunny Beach Bulgaria quiet apartment. New Yalta apartment new: 1 bed Fully fitted self catering Apartment in quieter area of Sunny beach resort in Yalta close to St.Vlas complex. Our apartment is bottom centre of the block(-terracotta coloured one). Sleeps 4/5. 1 king sized bedroom sleeps 2 and small child can easily share bed. Lounge has double sofa bed to sleep 2 and tv/dvd player with AC. Extra adult welcome to sleep on own airbed (at surcharge £5 per night). Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom in lobby and washing machine. Private Patio furniture on site. The apartment benefits from a good sized outdoor swimming pool with small children's pool, with sunbeds and parasols on a well maintained and very secure complex. This apartment is within easy reach of all required amenities but is also enough of a distance away from the main hub of the Sunny beach centre for those preferring a quieter holiday with opportunities for complete relaxation. It is situated just minutes away from the golden sandy beach and is 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the busy centre and main attractions of Sunny beach promenade and beach. In the other direction a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride takes you to the small town of St.Vlas where there is a main square and several restaurants and bars serving local food and wine. St.Vlas also has a beautiful marina worth seeing. Bus stops in both directions and a taxi rank are conveniently located at the top of the complex on the main road as well as a shop and laundry. Mercury superstore 2 mins walk to right on main road. Good value food and eating out generally cheap. Many shops on main sunny beach road and open late. Transfer company will provide keys during your transfer and let you into the apartment and settle you in and will check you out with return transfer. Please hand keys back to transfer company. If there isn't a direct booking after you, you may check out any time before your journey to the airport. We recommend that transfers are booked/arranged through us, to and from Bourgas Airport at 50 Levs (£24 or €27) each way for upto 6 persons (paid directly to driver for each journey). So you have no problems finding the apartment and we offer transfers at a reasonable rate. The driver can be asked to stop at a supermarket on route to apartment. To get there on your own during your stay Driver should be advised to take you to the Yalta Terracotta apartments past the centre of sunny beach towards St Vlas (Sveti Vlas). Turn right at Hotel Yalta and drive half way down the private road (past Complex Aria to left and Yalta Complex on right) and look for the coffee machine and large white AC unit on your right. Enter via the gate immediately after the coffee machine. Walk down the path and turn left and our apartment is the second one (teracotta) Housenumber 1: Flat 2.(In the 3rd block). Enter through patio door. Maximum Occupancy up to 4 guests. But can accommodate 5 (at £5 per night for extra guest) provided 5th guest is a sharing beds with other guests or using own airbed etc. Please text/email any further queries. You will also be required to pay €30 for cleaning to pay the maid to clean the apartment and do laundry on your departure-this is the usual custom for maintained apartments in Bulgaria. This is a self maintained and self catering apartment, NOT a hotel. It is in great condition and you will find it in a clean and perfectly usable conditon. But during your stay you are required to maintain it and leave it as you found it. Linen and towels provided for use. Quilts for cooler nights and spares found in wardrobe. Any Faults or problems with utilities must be reported to resort manager (Ivan) staying in Flat 1 (next door) to the right from the patio area. During peak times there is a maintenace man on site. He can help with any issues. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY FOR ANYTHING. Any of our apartment repairs will be settled by us directly with Ivan. You may of course tip maintenance man if you please. Breakages and damaged items should be reported to Ivan too. Please respect the apartment and complex...no parties or uninvited guests please. And refrain from noise very late at night. smoking allowed in lounge or outside only. You can use any toiletries or refreshments left over in the apartment for free. Please wash up on departure and empty bins and put in large bins on the complex. PLEASE EMPTY FREEZER AND FRIDGE AND LEAVE NOTHING INSIDE AS ELECTRIC WILL BE TURNED OFF. Please leave apartment tidy and as you found it. Enjoy your stay!!
