Brand new luxury furnished Apartment in gated complex Aquarelle 3 provides comfort , independence and convenience especially for 4 persons(families with children, group of friends or even business travellers) .The apartment is located in the most quiet area of Varna city (neighborhood “Briz’’).The apartment is fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, fully equipped with a tub and shower. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (1.60x2.00m). Sheets, blankets and towels will be provided for 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hot plate,extractor hood, refrigerator, laundry machine, toaster, kettle and microwave to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a dining table for four persons, balcony, wi-fi internet,TV and AC in the living room. The sofa(1.40x2.00m) in the living is convertible and can extend the occupation up to 2 persons.There is an excellent transport communication with the downtown area, which is only 10 minutes by car or bus. The resorts complexes (St. St. Constantine and Elena, Golden Sands, Kabakum, etc.) are easily accessible and it's a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the main park of Varna, the Seaside Park, which offers excellent opportunities for cycling and running, among other sports. There is neighborhood grocery stores and Piccadilly Park Mall where you can find a large supermarket, restaurants, banks, mobile phone companies and other.The apartment is air conditioned and offer accommodation for separately cooking and laundry.
