Villa Vasiliki (Ground floor) is the lower floor of a two-storey holiday villa. You are in a residential complex, just 200 meters from the sea. It can accommodate up to 5 people. If combined with the rent and the upper floor can accommodate up to 10 people with children. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. There is also a large sofa in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large yard safe for children, TV, A / C, WiFi, large BBQ and parking in the complex. At 250 meters there are wonderful, crystal clear beaches ideal for swimming and relaxation. A little further down you can choose the organized beach bars. At 1.5 km there is the traditional port of Abdera and the restaurant "Porto Avdira". You can also visit the archeological site of Avdira. At 3 km you will find Mirodato beach with its wonderful beach bars and fish taverns and at 5 km the traditional village of Avdira with shops, pizzerias and taverns.

Апартаментът е просторен, чист, с голяма тераса и голям хол. Кухнята е много добре оборудвана и снабдена с всичко необходимо. Има даже кафемашина, работеща с капсули на Долче густо. Много сме доволни от комуникацията с наемодеталя. Като недостатък- душкабината в банята е малка и тясна. Душът е във вид на душ слушалка и трябва да го държиш с една ръка и съответно да се къпеш с една ръка. Климатикът е само един, има нужда да му се сложи фреон/ на 16 градуса на студено, нищо не охлажда/ и е в хола. Двете спални няма как да се охлаждат, а това е втори етаж е убийствено.
