This beautifully renovated traditional stone manor, surrounded by gardens, vines and olive trees, flowers and stunning views, will give you an non-imitable chance at experiencing life in the Greek country-side. Enjoy mountain and sea, a 40 minutes drive away from the Kalavrita ski center, and 10 from the lovely beaches. The Space A unique country house built in 1898 with thick stone walls and renovated in 2000 with new floors / ceilings / finishes and furnishing and a beautifully bright added living room with a stunning view of the Corinthian gulf. The living room is filled with couches and has a wall-covering window facing North-North West over the Corinthian gulf and the nearby villages. There is also a wide-screen HD TV available in the room. Lots of (greek) books and games are available. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: Red room: 1 double bed (is added a baby bed or single children's bed) Blue room: 1 double bed, and 1 single bed. Stone room: 1 double bed and private bathroom with bathtub Single room (upstairs): One single bed There is a radiator for heating the house and FREE firewood for using the fireplace. For hot water there is a solar water heater and for cloudy days there is also an electric water heater available. In our kitchen you will find some complimentary cookies, coffee, tea and orange juice to make you feel at home. Guest Access: Access to the full house minus storage rooms and the full premises, including the beautiful garden, a chicken cot and a vegetable garden, but not the vineyard area where our two dogs live. The balconies are also accessible to guests of that listing, which may give you a wonderful chance to interact with new people from around the world. Getting Around: There is no public transportation, so the only options are taxis you can call, or ideally bringing your own car if you intend to move around. The on premises parking space makes it the ideal choice.
