License number: 00001082076 An entire house on the seafront. Guests can swim, sunbathe, enjoy their drink or coffee at the resort's organized beach bar or snorkel and fish in front of the house. The house has 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a front balcony. Upstairs there are 2 splendid bedrooms with sea view, bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. Bedrooms can sleep 5 people and 1 person on the living room couch. It features air conditioning and central heating. It has a guarded parking area and the back yard there is a barbecue. The archaeological site of Abdera and the port of Abdera are 2 km away. A little further down there are taverns Mediterranean cuisine and market. Also within 5 km are the beautiful Avdira with taverns, pizzerias and shops. The neighborhood consists of holiday homes and its inhabitants are quiet and welcoming. During the summer months there is regular public transport all day to the city of Xanthi (30 km). Cooperation with the equestrian club "Rancho Kyriakou" and discount of prices for our tenants. Just 6 km to the village of Mirodato. Cooperation with the sailing club "Avdiros Sailing" with a discounted price for our tenants. Their headquarters is the port of Avdira.

It was a great stay. The location of the house is awesome. It is near the beach with superb view. There is a barbecue in the garden and the owner installed nets against mosquitoes, so you can use the terrace after sunset.
-
The most unpleasant experience was during check out. It was supposed to be 12:00, as it was written in the website, but we needed to leave 1 h. earlier and we weren't ready. This needs to be updated, so other guests aren't surprised like us, especially when guests are with kids.
Beds could be more comfortable and one of the bathrooms is outside with no door.

Great location. Nice and clean house. Be aware for mosquitoes. As a recommendation to the owner will be great to install a nets for the mosquitoes like the house next to it !..
Dimitris was very nice and polite!
