The villa was fully renovated in July 2017 and decorated with taste featuring sunny, airy and spacey rooms. The interiors combine simple elegance and beautiful design with all necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people, in 2 tastefully designed bedrooms fully air conditioned. One bedroom with a king-size double bed, a second bedroom with two big single beds and a large sofa in the living room which can be turned into a double bed. There's also a baby cot available (upon request) and a fold-out bed which can be set up in one of the bedrooms or in the living room.. Inside the villa has an open -plan living design that provides a bright airy, sunny environment. This area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV with satellite channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want. The bathroom consists of a WC, a large modern shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we offer all essential toiletries and towels for your stay. In addition, the villa benefits from 3 air-conditioning units which are included in the price and a safe so you can enjoy your holidays without worrying about your valuables. Outdoors, the villa features a large private garden with BBQ facilities, outdoor seating areas and private parking. It also has a fantastic, seafront, private balcony with outdoor furniture which leads to a brand new private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can relax or sunbathe overlooking the Mediterranean sea! Free wireless internet, private parking area, air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room and barbecue facilities are provided. Gennadi is a tranquil area in South Rhodes in the Dodecanese Region of Greece, with a very beautiful landscape and the best pebbled beach in Rhodes which has also been awarded the Blue Flag, certifying its excellent waters. It is a typical relaxed Greek village with very friendly locals, providing all the amenities you require for an enjoyable stay like supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacies and commercial shops. Prasonisi is a fascinating place for both surf lovers and non-surfers to visit as it is where the Aegean and the Mediterranean sea meet. Visitors will be amazed at the scenery which this creates as one sea is calm and the other is rough.
