he villa is an old family property that was built in 1900 so it has a very long history. It has spacious rooms, high ceilings with wooden beams, traditional architectural patterns, huge patio and a sparkling pool. All windows and doors are traditionally painted in light blue colour. In the kitchen you can find a beautiful old fireplace. It is tastefully decorated by old furniture and pieces of art. Villa Pyrgo consists of two parts: The main house and the guest house. In the outside you will find huge swimming pool with lounge area for sunbathing. And area with dining table and veranda furniture. The garden is full of cozy corners with hammocks hanging in between the trees of pomegranates, lemon, avocado and jasmine. THE MAIN HOUSE has a living room with dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with shower. The main bedroom has a double bed, but also an extra bed can be added in case is needed or baby cot can be added upon request. The second bedroom has 3 single beds. In case there are necessary more beds- 2 more beds can be added as the bedroom is really huge. The living room has all comforts of modern living room, despite the fact that the furniture is more than 100 hundred years old. Kitchen looks really cosy and traditional, but was renovated to modern standards-including dishwasher machine, nespresso machine. THE GUEST HOUSE is a separate house in the garden and consists of 1 huge bedroom with double bed (an extra bed can be added). There is also a kitchenette with fridge and washing machine. And separate bathroom with shower. THE GARDEN is full of cosy corners with hammocks hanging in between the trees of pomegranates, lemon, avocado and jasmine. There you can find a huge swimming pool with lounge area for sun beds and poufs. Also an outside shower. Iron/ironboard, TV, telephone,internet- access.wifi, airconditioning in the bedrooms. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service. We do charge FINAL CLEANING FEES in the amount of EUR 140. This must be paid upon arrival. Children welcome,suitable for handicapped people, for elderly, pets accepted.
