The villa is located in Vergia 5 km after Nea Kalikratia before Sozopoli in Halkidiki. Independent building with 6 apartments Halkidiki beach apartments villa has , yard, barbecue, free parking available for guests. Distance to a sandy beach with a blue flag - 50m. 5 of the apartments have a sea view. Supermarket 10m. Tavern on the next street. A village not so well known among tourists. Favorite beach for the people of Thessaloniki shallow water without stones, suitable for small children. Pets allowed in the apartments downstairs.Additional one time fee -30 euro Each apartment has two rooms - a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a hairdryer, a living room with a kitchen,AC, free 100Mbps internet available, a smart TV, a sofa bed/150/200/, a relaxation area, a veranda with a dining area or 2 balconies also with dining areas, a bathroom. In the kitchen you have at your disposal dishes,glasses, stoves, refrigerator, toaster for sandwiches, kettle for hot water, coffee machine. There is also a separate laundry in the building with ironing facilities. Everything is new and in a modern contemporary style. I take great personal care and always want my guests fill comfortable.
