CORFU PINE HOUSE is a 18sq.m. villa, placed in a big garden, under pine trees. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 living places, dining area, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, WC and storage room. The house is very confortable and luxurious furnished and decorated. There are furnitures from fine wood, including some very special old pieces, paintings, vases with flowers all over the place, wooden statues and items from porcelain. The very large living room of 60sq.m., has three diffrent areas: -the Fire Place Area in which you can find two sofas, a large coffee table and a built-in bench. A special and uinique wooden showcase is full of fine porcelain items. -the Dining Place has a large table for 8 persons. -the TV place has a large sofa for 3, armchair, coffee table, wooden desk and a flat TV 42' with terrestrial, satelite and wi-fi connections. Three big bedrooms are very confortable and full equipped. All three are air conditined: The master bedroom (more than 20sq.m.) has a queen size double bed, with big confortable mattress, 2 bedside tables, closet for clothes, baboo seating set for reading and relax, computer table and big mirror. 3 windows are offering wonderfull view to the garden and over there to Kompitsi pitoresque village, with houses built in traditional Corfiot architecture. The 2nd bedroom (about 16sq.m.), has window and balcony door with garden view and acces to a private veranda, with table and chairs for restin and sunbathing. It includes a queen size double bed, bedside table, drawer, an armchair and mirror. A built-in bench from wall to wall serves for baggages. The 3rd bedroom (about 15sq.m.), has two single beds, bedside table, closet for clothεs. Two windows have view to the garden. The confortable and luxurious bathroom has big bathtube, two sinks in mable, large wall mirror, many cupboards, washing mashine, hair dryer, electrical iron etc. The kitchen is usable and fully equipped: Electrical cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, water cooler etc. There is also a WC. All over the house are verandas from where you have accessibility to the garden. There is an outside dinner table with chairs for 8 persons. There are more tables and relaxing chairs all over the garden, unter the trees, from where we can enjoy the beautifull view to the sea or to the landscape. 2 private parking places are included in the property. A BBQ full equipped is available. An outside shower is in the garden for the hot days of the summer. Also a bathroom is reachable from the garden with hot shower. Cleaning services once a week. In the neiborough: -there are markets 500m away. -the Corfu city center is 5 km away. -the port and the airport are 15 min from the house. -the nearest beach is 5km and the best one is at 12km/20min away. -"Waterland" a wonderfull place for children is 4km/15 min from the house. -a diding farm with beautifull horses is 3km/10min away. -the Corfu Golf Club is at Ropas valley, some 20 min from us.
