Ideales Resort consists of 12 luxurious villas, 100% autonomous, fully equipped with private swimming pools and BBQ. Ideales Resort was completed in 2009 and is situated in southwest Kefalonia, in the lush area of Trapezaki (Lourdata), only 12km from Argostoli (the Capital). At 500 m there are restaurants and a mini market. At 2km there are wonderful sandy beaches with crystal clear water. The Grand 4 bedroom villa Linatela is a fully equipped two floor villa with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private swimming pool. The villa is spread over two floors, with the main living areas at the entry level. On the first floor there is a well appointed spacious living room, with feature stone fireplace and comfortable seating. The living room adjoins an open space formal dining area and a separate kitchen with direct access to a pergola shaded balcony, with outdoor dining set. There are approximately 7 steps of an exterior staircase that lead from the kitchen to the pool deck. The pool deck extends to a spacious pergola-shaded sitting/dining area, ideal for outdoor dining or a cool sunset drink. On returning to the main hall there is a marble staircase that leads to the ground floor and main sleeping area. All four bedrooms of the villa are en suite. The master bedroom features a private sitting room and opens to a shaded outdoor area with garden furniture. Two additional bedrooms grant direct access to the garden and offer outdoor seating. The property enjoys majestic view of the natural scenery and the Ionian sea.
