The 5 luxurious and comfortable villas, 60 m2, with different interior decoration and direct access to the gardens of the resort can accommodate 4 to 5 people in their smartly designed spaces. Every Villa consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. OPERATION Athos Villas operate every year from April to October. LOCATION Athos Villas is located on the Athos peninsula, in one of the most beautiful areas of Chalkidiki. The enchanting sandy beach of Komitsa, which has been designated as a protected area of great natural beauty on the Unesco at World Heritage List , is situated a few kilometers away from the village Nea Roda and only 2 km away from Mount Athos. ATHOS VILLAS COMPLEX Athos Villas is constituted of 12 modern, super – luxury holiday homes, which are suitable equipped for all-season stays. The construction of the ultramodern villas is based on traditional architectural rhythm, with dominating elements the timber and the Byzantine handmade brick, so as to integrate perfectly in the idyllic environment. The villas are built in front of the sea in gardens with plane, olive and elm trees. The marine breeze, the clean air, the nice smells, the sounds and the pictures that nature generously offers, constitute a paradise for relaxation, natural calm and internal peacefulness. DESTINATION It is a big peninsula of Macedonia, which is situated between two gulfs, Thermaikos and Strymonikos, and has three smaller peninsulas: Kassandra on the West, Sithonia in the middle and Mount Athos on the East. Those three “legs” give Chalkidiki a unique geographical shape as well as the biggest coastal length (550 km approximately) of all mainland departments of Greece. Chalkidiki is a sub-mountainous region: its lowland districts cover 25% of its overall surface while submountainous and mountainous areas represent 51% and 24% of the region respectively.
