A nice and cozy holiday home among orange trees and flowers. The house is located 100 meters from the beach, the transition is very easy on a flat road. The villa area around the house is also quiet. There is no noise, it is suitable for children and walks. The beach at the Orphan Gulf is sandy, wide and very long (10 km). There are free umbrellas and sun beds, in case you are client of the beach bar, as well as sandy beach free area. Asprovalta is 2 km away. Taverns, shops, pubs and beach bars are in 1 km away or half hour walking distance by beach. Interesting and very beautiful beaches can be visited if you have a car about 20 km away around Olympiada and Stagira, the birthplace of Aristotle (Amos beach, Toto's beach, Balkoniaki beach). If you want to rent a yacht for a full day in Vourvourou (70 km), you can reach and enjoy the Blue Lagoon and the deserted beaches. Lovers of mountain tourism can enjoy wonderful views and routes around of the villa. In the house you can enjoy a real home-like coziness, make garden parties on the veranda and the yard around the barbecue, to drink your morning coffee in the fragrant flowers or enjoy the sun on the veranda. If you want to enjoy the closest beach, to swim in the clear sea or just to ride bikes/roller along the long coastline. At the same time you can easily reach the fishing place and to buy fresh fish from the fishing men.
