Вилата е хубава, отговаря на описанието, гледката и задния двор са чудесни. Само разположението на спалните не е много удобно, тъй като реално двете спални с двойни легла са в преходни помещения и не могат да се ползват от възрастните на различни семейства. Може да помисли за освежаване на баните - пердетата на душкабините бяха много стари и мръсни.
