The interior • Villa Marianna A’ can accommodate 4-9 persons. This two – storey villa features an interior of 180m2 and a garden of 600m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious seating area decorated with English-style furniture, a fireplace, a flat screen satellite TV and a library. Here, guests can prepare their meals at the fully equipped kitchen which has a dining table, a stove, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee-machine and a kettler. There is also a bathroom with a shower. • On the first floor there are two beautiful decorated bedrooms. The first one features a double bed and opens to a balcony with a sea and a swimming pool view. A dining table is available on the balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, as the sun sets into the sea. The second bedroom has a special traditional construction of beds which is used in the nearby island of Syme (4 beds are built in two different levels). This bedroom overlooks the garden. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bath. On the semi basement there is a third sunny room decorated in joyful romantic style. The exterior • Villa Marianna A features a spacious garden of 600m2 with a private pool of 32 m2. There is a wooden gazebo by the pool with a dining table, where you can enjoy your meal or relax with a book. Our younger guests can play with our boarding games there . In the pool area there is a lounge furniture . Within sight of the pool and the gazebo there is a brand new playground , which is made of green wood and colors and is suitable for ages from 6 months up to 12 years. • So parents can enjoy relaxing moments by the pool and supervise their children at the same time. The area is fenced . Barbeque and wood oven facilities are also available . Special evenings with traditional rhodian food baked in the wood oven can be arranged for you.
