This astonishing 1600sq.feet(130sq.meter) villa is located in the best area of Sani where the most beautiful residential villas are situated just a mile away from the action at the marina.Sani village is situated in Kassandra Chalkidiki's just 80 km from Thessaloniki and 20 km from Kalithea the most popular place for shopping. It's a two floor layout that contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus an extra pull out sofa bed on the loft for 2 people located outside of the upstairs bedroom and 1 new pull out sofabed down in the living area.The house that can easily fit 6-7 people and 2 extra if there's need can be accomodated at the sofa beds. There is a private parking spot under the kiosk where you can park your car under the shade.A fully equipped open kitchen and kitchen utensils are included ,a dining room for 6 or a bigger one outside for 8+more people.Oven and outside barbeque is available for those who like to try the greek traditional barbeque tastes. The most likeable pro of the house is definitely its exterior 9680sq.feet long spaces(900sq.meter) where its enflowered with basswoods and trees while its fenced with high bushes to maintain the appropriate privacy you need to rest and relax day and night!!! Start with a coffee and breakfast in the morning ,put some music and lay down at the sunbeds with your friends then grill and enjoy barbeque till the sunset comes.If you feel hot you can jump into the beautiful shared for the complex houses big swimming pool under the pines just 50 meters from the house! The whole resort of Sani is very upmarket and has a lovely marina to stroll with many restaurants and quality shops around. You can benefit from the location as it's a pretty quiet complex allowing you to relax and at the same time you are just minutes from the Sani Hotel which you can get all the rest you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay.Since there is a shuttle bus passing habitually every 20 mins outside of the villa from the neighborhood to the harbor,the Sani Resort,Sani club etc,all the distances around are quite short,I would say that car is always good but it's optional if you have no problem using the means of transport. Entertainment,fine dining restaurants,daily shows,open air cinema,beach bar sunset parties and events,free wi-fi area,scuba diving,waterski and ringo's,soccer and voleyball,golf and tennis courts as well as a kids club which give the children a lot to do to keep them happy and busy will definitely satisfy even the most demanding guests for your holidays. When the night falls, the best choice is joining a beach party you can find one at the sani beach club, where you can have a cocktail and revel in, by the crystal water and the sandy beach.Sani beach boasts some of the cleanest and warmest waters in Halkidiki.Every year is being awarded from the Foundation for Environmental Education Hiring a bike could also be an interesting activity as the distances are not too far and the environment with the trees and gardens around allowing you to enjoy the stunning views between the footpaths and fulfill your desires keeping you fit while on holidays. A boat rental tour in Vourvourou is also available in house arrangement for those who like to explore the sea starting from the harbor of sani village!
