Holiday villa in an enclosed courtyard of 2 acres, just 250 meters from the sandy beach of Skala Avdira. The villa can accommodate up to 5 people including children. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa. There is a wc with shower and a shower in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a/c in the living room, WiFi, tv In the yard there is a dedicated barbecue area with outdoor furniture and large, secure parking. At 50 meters there is a small market and at 200 meters the area with beach bars and fish taverns begins. Pets are welcome upon request. In the summer months there is a frequent connection with the city of Xanthi.

We had a lovely week in Elena house. It's five minutes walk from the beach. The house is beautifully decorated which makes it a cosy place to stay. The tent under the tree is a really nice place to have a cool drink in the late afternoon. The veranda is excellent for a morning coffee or a late dinner. Don't forget the mosquito repellent. Great thanks to the owners!

Къщата е много приятна , топлата вода никога не свършва . Но водата като цяло изчезва в събота следобед . Става толкова слаба ,че е невъзможно да се изкъпеш. Като цяло е спокойно място без шум и напрежение. Кухнята е оборудвана .
