The maisonette is part of a private complex, located right outside the town center on a small hill, in one of the island’s most beautiful locations, providing the ideal place for proximity to island life, combined with a wonderful view of the sea extending before it. It is ideal for families with kinds, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers and couples. You can get to the island with a dolphin ship from Piraeus harbor, or by road with a car, until the opposite peloponnesian shore from the Spetses island, the port of Costa. With a little money per day, you park the car in the parking places, which shall find there, and with the boat or the ferry bot or the sea taxis, you arrive to Dapia, the main harbour of Spetses. Cars are forbidden to the island, but you can rent bicycles or motorcycles, if you have a motorcycle driver license, to discover the beauty of the island. The maisonette can sleep up to six people, if they choose to allow someone to sleep on the sofa-bed in the living room. It has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with 3 single beds and air - condition , and one with 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with a washing machine, 1 living room with a sofa- bed for 2 persons and air - condition, 2 balconies, 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor, kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The 2 balconies have amazing view. You can see the coast of Peloponnese and the sunrise. From the house, you need about 5 - 10 minutes maximum, on foot to reach the nearest beach, or to have access to the pine tree forest and begin your -highly recommended- journey around the island discovering its seemingly endless natural wonders. You can also go to Dapia - the main harbour, take a boat that will take you to a beach behind the island - see the map on photos - and then bring you back by forming a whole tour around the island, while you have enjoyed a local tavern in the beach. During the summer months there is also a local shop operating for all the residents of complex, to get some fresh milk- bread or immediate necessities. In it you find also cooked greek food for you to take away like spinach pies -stuffed tomatoes and other delicious greek recipies etc. The islands hospitality is also very good. You can go to a bigger and cheaper supermarket and they bring all shopping to the house to you for free or for a little money of charge. The maisonette has internet access, so you can work easily. If you want to have access to water sports at the Kaiki Beach, a long and well organised beach with variety of water sports. At Kaiki beach, the nearest beach from the maisonette, is the only one, which has sand and pebbles. During the summer months, there is a regular bus service from the complex to Dapia and vice versa. The bus routes are written at each bus station. The bus departure is in front of Poseidonion Hotel and the termination point is a little upper the local shop, vice versa. Also, you can visit the Bouboulina museum, the Hatziyiannis-Mexis Museum, the Bekiri's Cave at Agii Anargiri, the cosmopolitan nightlife of the Old Harbour with a horse-drawn carriage. The maisonette can be rented by a yearly basis with a super low monthly rent.
