Villa Evangelia is situated in the central part of Nikiti close to the sea and comprises of a 120 m² apartment and a 30m² Deluxe studio. The sea is only a few minutes walk away and the access of the villa is effortless. The villa offers a very high ratio of quality for money, that distinguishes from others in the area. The décor is modern-classic and the setting of the house is oriented towards functionality and comfort. Studio (30 m²) The 30m² Deluxe studio is located on the 1st floor and comprises of a stylish bedroom with 2 luxurious metallic double beds, modern decoration, fully equipped and functional ceramic 4-position electric hob with oven, refrigerator and freezer and a shower bathroom, 24” LED Samsung TV Series 5, handmade professional wallpaper of brown cork and aluminum pigments and warm light desk and ceiling lamps. Our Master studio is also reinforced with a full frame security door. The villa is surrounded by Thujas on the entrance side, Gold Crests on the front side and lawn on the third side, providing 500 m² of garden space. In addition the guest can enjoy the large external barbeque and have breakfast or dinner on the metallic dining table in the centre of the garden. Apartment (120 m²) The 120m² apartment has 3 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, WC and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The living-room, dining room and kitchen are located in the front of the house in an adjoining space of 50 m². The living room provides a couch set of 6 spaces in red-brown mahogany colour, in white fine cotton fabric with embedded flower designs. It also provides a large 46” LED Samsung TV Series 7, encased in an asymmetric plasterboard design with silver aluminum/anthracite stone wallpaper and back-wall electric blue led light, HDMI Satellite channels and High Definition Sony DVD player. The dining room offers a large table for 6 and an open fireplace. The kitchen is of cream glossy lacquer and the equipment is functional with a ceramic 4-position electric hob with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer. On the left and right of the kitchen there is a storage room and a second room for the washing machine. The walls are painted in light cream – lilac colour and are illuminated with diffuse warm light by the stunning lighting systems on the ceilings. They consist of vertical rectangle pieces of glass with captured air bubbles. The system is adjusted by dimmers, allowing to create an unbelievable relaxing or vibrant atmosphere with candles. The atmosphere is further enriched by abstract art paintings in golden frame that in total create a warm and elegant atmosphere. The 3 bedrooms offer luxurious metallic and wooden Queen Double beds with the back walls covered in professional wallpaper of brown cork and aluminum pigments. The rooms are complemented by Oak wooden floors, large closets and carpets. The rooms are located in the back of the building in a most quite environment, away from the noise. The house also includes a middle door that separates the living room from the bedrooms, blocking the noise. There are also 2 bathrooms/WC with a small lobby and a black glass sink.
