The house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange tree field. It is 185 sq.m and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level comprises of a bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen, and a WC with shower. The living room occupies the second level, also featuring a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with two single beds. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4-minute drive from the beach or a 15-20 minute walk (1300 m. according to google map). From May 1, 2021 there will be a private pool 5x8 m. for exclusive use by guests. The space The house consists of a 5 acres land with a three level 185sq.m. house built on the edge. Surrounded by trees and green and farms around the house you will never be disturbed. Guest access You can access the farm in the back of the house to handpick oranges and lemons from the trees if you wish. Interaction with guests I will be there to check you in and explain you everything about the house and the surroundings. Will also be available anytime you need anything. From May 1, 2021 there will be a private pool 5x8 m. for exclusive use by guests.
