"ALEGRIA VILLAS" Resort, with Pools, is only 150-200 meters next to the Beach (3-5 minutes walking) I am very happy to inform you that we have received several awards and recommendations from internationally renowned companies such as TRIP ADVISOR (*****excellent!) , TRIVAGO*****, HOLIDAYCHECK(excellent), Bookingcom (Excellent-96%), HotelsCom (Excellent), AIRBNB (Super Host)! for one of the best accommodations! DUPLEX Att. Maizonettes- Boutique Apartments with a Pool All consist of 3 bedrooms (one master, with fireplace and bathroom), two bathrooms, living room (sleeps up to 2 more guests), dining area, kitchen, balconies, etc. Each house is 155s.meters in size and have been designed in traditional Zakynthian style in stone, the interior luxuriously styled and, of course, fully equipped throughout. There is also an ecological children's playground, WIFI, Free Parking, BBQ and a new swimming pool! The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. All rooms have air conditioning! The view from the balconies and rooms is magnificent overlooking the sea which is approximately 150-200. from the houses and there are three beaches: Vrachos beach, St. Nicolas beach and Banana beach. Furthermore a five minute drive by car or even by bike (2-3km), will take you to Gerakas beach which belongs to the National Marine Park where the world-wide famous Caretta-Caretta turtles lay their eggs. You can Visit it, see the nests and swim with the turtles!!!! The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven. Approximately 100-200m. from Alegria Villas there is access to taverns, beach restaurants, S. Markets, etc. etc. Our houses have been designed to meet all the demands, necessities and requirements of a family - or a group of friends.
