Hello, I am Yannis.

I live and work in Penteli, Athens and I am a high-school physical educator and an e-business owner. I am a former hammer throw champion and sports have always been an integral part of my life. I enjoy skiing, cycling, swimming and hiking.

Every single escape from the city in which I live is special. I like spending my free time with my family and my 4 kids, hanging out with colleagues and good friends, having a nice dinner in a restaurant or going out for coffee or drinks.
