License number: 00000201207 A holiday home 50 meters from the sea. Rent the lower floor of the building. The house has a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one twin bedroom. It also has 2 sofa beds in the living room and WC. There is a lovely verdant courtyard ideal for children ... and a large BBQ to bake your meats. The kitchen is indispensable for cooking in the house. Cooker, fridge, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and towels. Guests can enjoy their bathrooms at the best beach in the area and the organized beach bar of the area. The archaeological site of Abdera and the port of Abdera are 2 km away. A little further down there is the "Meze" - Breakfast & Grill with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with a market and just below the famous beach bar of Myrodatos and the "Gorgona" Fish Tavern of Karatsoponaki. Also within 5 km are the beautiful Avdira with taverns, pizzerias and shops. The neighborhood consists of holiday homes and its inhabitants are quiet and welcoming. In the summer months there were regular public transport throughout the day with the city of Xanthi (30 km).

We had a great rest. The villa is 100 metres from the beach. The beach is good sand, not to crowded, beach bar. The region is very calm and not so expensive. The landlady Roula was very,very kind. She did us even a breakfast the one day. The garden of the villa is great - big and romantic. The terace is also big and great for dinner. Enjoy!

The area is wonderful for a holiday. Quiet and peaceful place. The beach is 50 meters away and the sea is very clean. The lack of phone coverage provided a real escape from everyday life. The landlady is kind and smiling and Dimitris was always available. Thank you! I hope to see you again next year!

В действителност вилата не е толкова просторна както изглежда на снимките. Стаите са малки и височината е много ниска. Вилата е схлупена над главата ти. Но това не е най-лошото.
Входната врата е със скъсан комарник. Комарите са изключително много и са размазани по стени и пердета и не са почистени. Кухнята е в окаяно състояние с миризма на мухъл и плесен. Банята е с врата хармоника, която едвам се затваря и вдига силен шум. През нощта излизат от сифона жаби. Батерията на мивката в банята не работи добре и докато се миеш ти се наводняват краката. Дворът е приятен, но неподдържан и непочистен. На втория етаж хората си надвесваха прането над главите ни. Изклчително негостоприемна хазяйка, която не се показа да ни каже довиждане. Единственият път, в който ни заговори е, за да ни даде торбичка да си изхвърлим общия кош до барбекюто, което за да използваме трябваше да си почистим сами. Платихме 50 евро такса почистване, но никой нищо не ни смени или почисти 7 дена. Явно тези 50 евро си ги взимат от всички хора затова че чистят при освобождаване, което е безумно.
